The System took a picture and went to the home screen on its own. I lost 2 races because of it. And I also got Minecraft on the system. Conspiracy theory: Microsoft taking pictures via the Minecraft app and uploading them to their servers. Seems they screwed up the coding.

Never had this issue, I've had a problem where the JCs don't respond properly and the system has to be reset.

It's not a glitch it's a feature! (obscure call back to when PSP 1000 were ejecting discs..Sony had the response it was a feature)
