I'm just saying to myself I don't like it.. just so I can stop the itch to play it....

*Sigh* Opinions like these are just silly. Not everyone is going to like every game. There's nothing wrong with the original poster not liking Smash Brothers. It's not that "he doesn't understand it" or "he needs to spend more time playing it", he probably just isn't interested. And that's OK! The one thing I can't stand is when posters assume that everyone MUST share their own opinions, and it's simply IMPOSSIBLE for anyone not to like the games that they like.

For example, I think that Kingdom Hearts II was one of the biggest piles of garbage I've ever played, while Soriku and leo-j think it's the greatest thing ever. It's OK that we have different opinions. (For that matter, can everyone please stop saying that Ocarina of Time is the best ever just because it has the highest metacritic rating, OK? It's a fine game, but it's not even in my top 5... top 5 N64 games, that is...)

2nd bold: Isn't this a contradiction of my first bolded quote? "It's not in my top 5, therefore it's undeserving of it's praise" ?

It's not as if everyone who doesn't like a popular game makes a thread about it, unless they really want everyone to know they don't like the said game.

Melee was great, but brawl is exceptional, you should give it anither try.

If you can get into it, you wont be dissapointed.

I personally don't share the same opinion as you............I love the game. However, like every other game in existence, some people won't like it.........it just happens that this game isn't for you. Don't feel bad. And if you didn't like playing with a buddy, playing online isn't really going to change anything. I find it more fun with offline multi-player.

It's easier to insult Galaxy than Brawl too most Wii owners. It's a great game, but my favorite Wii game is Radiant Dawn, and I've seen a paid professional reviewer insult that game to my face, so I really got no problem with people having differing opinions.

Either way, as SSB:B goes, the game is good, imo. I never liked Melee, but Brawl is just too cool. It's hard to criticize the game once you've played on all the levels, it's worth the price just to see them, and not play, imo.

Nintendo is big but ???... Twilight Princess is huge but ???... Metroid Corruption is great but ???... Super Mario Galaxy is wonderful but ???...
Super Smash Bros Brawl is absolutly phenomenal but NOTHING ELSE !!!!
Enough of your "BUT" because this is not the case here if you don't like the game if it's not your genre then go with another one.

Here is a way.

Go to special brawl.

Set on CURRY, MINI, 300%, LIGHT, FLOWER. Have only Smash Balls, and 3 Stocks. Try to kill each other.

(Try to do it with a friend)
