Well if we use vgchartz for ps4/xbo and then add steamspy stats the games already sold 2.71m, and let's not forget we need to add ps4/xbo digital sales ontop of that to get current sales.

It's probably sold at least 3m already.

You can't bring digital sales to this discussion. I'm talking aboit physical sales. And its' nowhere near that number. Combine ps4/xbox you have less than 2.5m. This game is never going to do re6/5 numbers.

Btw you cant ship digital s

Whut?Digital sales are always included in the financial reports. It is included in the shipment numbers.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

RE7  is a really  long time seller. It will reach 4 million easily before the end of the year.

3.5m isnt bad for RE7 and it should have some decent legs, ofcourse you always wish that good games would sell a lot more.

Dead Rising 4 sales surprises me a little bit. I would have thought they could at least sell 1m+ but not by much, even if the game isnt the best. Lets see how it will sell on ps4 end of the year, at least it probably can justify its port to the console.

Is it 3.5M for total on all platforms? Personally I think that's pretty low compared to the previous ones.

Resident evil VII did worse than some of the last games? Euhm okay Great sales?

RE7 did pretty well for my standards, but sad for Capcom.

As for MH, between a spinoff and the 3ds being on its last legs as the Switch is claiming its territory, this isn't unexpected. It's impressive that they've even sold this well despite the circumstances. Nintendo needs to admit and accept that the Switch will replace the 3ds fairly quickly. It can run a little bit longer but its time to start passing the torch, and capcom needs to 'switch' on over.

Great sales for RE7. Excellent for MH too. Dead Rising not good at all though. Mixed report but happy to see the RE7 reboot succeed.

Nope, it's going to have short legs. If I would have to choose an animal to compare it to I would choose a little tortoise. That's how small they are!

Suit your self.   I'm not interested in prediction battle.

I don't change my mind.

My bad.

Let's use VG Chartz numbers then because having to guess digital sales is talking out of our asses. Numbers for RE 7 are worse than past games. It's already sub 35k something that happend with RE5/6 after the 10th week. RE7 dropped below that number on the 8th week. It's tracking behind those games and I don't see this game having great legs.

I just don't see it, RE 7 is not going to get to RE5/6 levels of sales.
