It's an expression to say, too bad then... Just a less boring way to say it.

Now that is real trolling! I've never said one mean word to you.

How is that mean?

If you had ordered one sometime in the last few months, you would have it by now. No one else but yourself to blame.

I've read several others agreeing with me else where, but in these forums, almost everybody disagrees with me. I think it's "cool" to bash me here. Maybe I should just give up.

Perhaps I was mistaken. I'm sorry if I was. Most ppl are being a smartass when they say too bad.

They obviously weren't making enough profit on them or something, otherwise they wouldn't have stopped production.

With what the scalpers are charging, they could have raised the price $30 and still it would be somewhat affordable.

Sounds like some sour grapes to me.  I didnt even really want one, but with a little prep and effort the day before launch I found out where and when to be, and I have one, that I have never played.  Nintendo HAD TO discontinue them, because they have been hacked.  you can load every NES game ever released with a PC and about 30 minutes time.  It would have cannibalized VC salea and that is harmful to nintendo as a whole.

You snooze, you lose.

Ignoring speculation about the motivations of the OP, the issue itself is pretty interesting.

Seems obvious to me that Nintendo wanted to use the Mini as a promotional device during a "down" period. Now that they have the Switch up and running, they want to better monetize their library. This is about profit margins.

If they're wise, they'll break out another production run toward the end of the Switch's life-span during its probable end-of-life drought.

Okay, it's a shame that Nintendo ended the production of the NES Mini so soon, but if you really wanted to get one, you had enough chances.

Also, if you got moderated several times, that means you weren't being a nice guy game player.

They are doing another shipment before they discontinue it, so try and pre-order one somewhere. Or several places since you can easily sell the others.

This. Just call up some places in your area and place some pre-orders. It sucks that they are discontinuing it, but as of now theres a solution to your problem.
