Pay Day 2 was pretty nuts a port out of no where, the majority of it was really good stuff, nicely packed with content, not too much fluff.

Would give it a 9 for a direct with a decent amount of info.

I am not going to give a number but there were a great number of titles of interest to me. The free to play Kirby is the last reason for me to open my 3DS, Arms and Splatoon got release dates and both are looking far better and deeper than their initial trailers (which I expected). Arms having 2v2 means I can treat it as another Smash type game for Nintendo consoles and get into the competitive community. The Neo Geo games (particularly SamSho IV) are always a welcome filler addition. I am not holding out too much hope for Sonic Forces but the classic title will be a day one purchase for me. Project Mekuru is a game, like Puyo Puyo Tetris, that I can spend the next few years playing. Fate Extella is a must buy for me. I am a sucker for Warriors/Musou titles. Sine Mora Ex looks like it could have promise since it is co-op and my girlfriend's favorite genre is bullethell shooters. Payday 2? I already play it on Steam but if it has enough content to keep itself separated, I may pick it up again. I also hate FPS on Switch (lack of pointer controls) so I may change my mind on that one. It is a good look for those interested, however. Also, I will be getting a pair of yellow joycon since I will need a second pair for Arms.

It was a good direct for me; especially getting release dates so I know how to budget to get some of these titles.

To me it was the WiiU all over again, and I fear the Switch will suffer just like the WiiU did.
However, if the NS pulls a Wii and surprise everyone with ridiculous high sales, then 3rd party will come and it will be fine.
Also, there is turmoil in the region, so, I am afraid video games may be not our biggest concern about the eastern asian in the upcoming months.

North Korea seems to be agitated and China is no longer supporting them. That may lead into conflict.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

So what are we talking here? 45 minutes of the Switch not being produced?

Hopefuly not even that, but it will be a tense week and then everything may calm down, and nothing happens.

To be honest China dropping support to NK was actually good, cause this makes NK pretty much isolated.

I would like to talk again in 10 days.

8/10 Much better than I expected

I thought it was just going to be mainly centered around Arms and Splatoon, with maybe a few 3DS things and a small reveal. But there were some cool reveals and neat footage, considering the short length of the presentation and the fact that we're 2 months away from E3.

We learned about Payday 2 which was surprisng - enjoyed the hell out of on Steam. I also think that tabletop Monopoly, shaking the joycons to roll the dice and whatnot could actually be neat. That RPG and SHMUP looked pretty cool as well. I also liked what I saw from Splatoon.

I'm drifting away from Nintendo's target audience. There was nothing for me there.

I had low hopes with E3 so close but I was very impressed with the release of information!
It gives me hope that when E3 happens that Arms/SF2/Splatoon 2 will not in the past and we can learn about new titles.
I'm loving the new releases for 3DS, which is obviously now the past but well catered for.

I've been skeptical but I think Nintendo are really lifting their game (pun)

I don't see what you're getting at.
