Well thats what you are asking for when you stated that MGS4 will head to the Xbox 360 in a year or so.

Not my fault you messed up with your post and directed it mostly to the sony fans than to people that actually want a 360 by saying its heaps better than the PS3.

Good read, I just wanted to add two points

#1 Crackdown is a good exclusive, Saints Row not so much.. I thought SR went to the PS3 anyways?

#2 MS won't release a Blu Ray player on the 360, it doesn't make sense for them. MS and Sony are competing, so why would MS pay Sony royalties for using a device that makes the PS3 look like a better deal? People will compare the PS3 to a 360 + a Blu Ray add on. It's a lose-lose situation. MS will keep pushing digital downloads on the 360.

Dont let Stickball or Rocketpig catch you knocking Dead Rising.  I've had a 360 for like 18 months and I still haven't played that game.

I´d be in that group,but for people who are on the fence,it´s well written and a good read.

Firstly, I said that MGS will PROBABLY turn up, but that is largely irrelevant to my post.  However, to appease you, I will remove that line.

Secondly, I said (and stand by) that the 360 has a better games library and comparable games line-up than the PS3, something anyone would struggle to deny.  I gave the PS3 it's due in areas like Blu-Ray. 

There are more people in this thread in that category, but they failed to conduct themselves with your maturity and charisma.  Thankyou.  We need more people like you on VGChartz.

To all: please do not turn this into a fanboy argument. Even if it's missing a few games or talked about a few games it shouldn't have, it's a well written opinion.   I don't want to see any arguments while the PS3 or Wii really wins whatever catagory.

If you don't like it, provide arguments relevant to the thread or make your own Why you should want a x system. Don't bring other things into the topic please.

I love Dead Rising.  I just don't think it would have sold 1 mil if it wasn't out when there were so little games to play on 360 [Summer 06].  If that game had came out This past winter, it would have Haze syndrome, which is forgotten in the fray.

But yeah, I LOVE Dead Rising.  It's an awesome game, I actually just started playing it again.

JRPG :
LO/ES/BD average RPG only, really nothing amazing according to reviewer, but Xbox360 still WINs becasue PS3 has nothing except Folklore.

Shooters :
CoD4 is multiplateform, Halo3 belows to past but Gear of war is The Xbox360 exclusive without any doubt. GoW2 should be very good too.
BUT
PS3 has Unchartred/Haze/KZ2/Resistance/(MGS4?) and I doubt they will all bomb : DRAW

WRPG :
the Xbox360 WINs, Fable2+ME

RACERs :
GT5p+Motorstorm2 > Forza2, PS3 WINs

Plateform :
hum, Ratchet is good and we know nothing about Banjo/Kazooie ...DRAW ?

GTAIV : multiplateform game ...

At the end, the best plateform for RPG is the Xbox360, while the best plateform for Racer is the PS3

U add the RRoD for the Xbox360 (what a nice exclusive), 50$ online to pay,

U add Wiifi, freeonline, BR player and MGS4+FFXIII for the PS3,

and u know which console u have to buy ...

I've never played it either. Well, I know what my next purchase is.
