Japan has had 20 years of amazing Pokémon logos... and well... there's us...

They have gotten notably better since HeartGold/SoulSilver, but is it really a surprise that Japan gets something better than us?

The games even had better boxes, than the US versions. When it came to the GB/GBC games. They came with a map.

Over the years it's become apparent to me that the Japanese like to squeeze as much color, chaos, and art into just about everything they create.

Here in the west, we apparently just like to be sure we're buying what we think we're buying.

"Does it say Pokemon? Ah yes, same font and everything. Here's my cash!"

I like the newer US logos better actually. The old ones are boring though.

We do see an improvement after Platinum so at least that's something :p
