Honestly sometimes taking a nice long shit can feel so good. Sometimes it gets to a point where it feels like I lost a couple pounds after some of the ones i've taken since I feel so much lighter after.

Right after taking a good long shit it's like, I can jump higher now. Run faster.

Update, it's been around 20 minutes since shit stopped coming out, so I'm going to get off the toilet now, and try to doze off a bit. If anything happens, I'll make sure to say it here.

I wish I had the time to get into it, but by my measure, Burger King has been consistently the worst trash I ever eat. I go back maybe once every 12-18 months, and yep, still the worst. I doubt I'll ever give it a chance again. Even worse than new top contender Carl's Jr, which has only been in my city for about a year. I hope you feel better soon. I've had food poisoning, and I did go to the hospital for it at around midnight. Great night. Keep tabs on how you feel. Unless it's dire, and your're worried, just ride it out. Maybe call somebody too. Friend, family, just as a precaution.

hmm, how long away is your doctor appointment, though? If a couple days I'd wait it out, but if not for a week or two, then I'd go urgent care. They are pretty helpful in my experience.
