Damn, Persona deserve this

One of my most anticipated games of the year, sadly i wont be playing it any time soon (too many other games i need to play first).

After Aussie shops only received two copies of Nier, i went ahead and preordered this. Our retailers are SPECIAL.

Those are some nice scores, the game could be getting low ones and I still would be excited for it.

I feel so bad about this. I picked up a copy of the game tonight, but its stylistic sensibilities - the anime storytelling, the "Look how cool I am, bro!" menus - they just put me so off I can't take it seriously.

Also - and these things aren't the game's fault - but ever since I dated an anime fan in high school, I've never been able to click with clearly Japanese characters speaking with generic American voices, and Persona 5 is full of that stuff.

@TheDarkShape: I agree, the style and complicated nature of these games always turned me off. On a side note the whole series is tremendusly creative. I remember reading that the characters would kill themselves to unleash their monster selves. This would be my first time playing Persona.

It sounds like your thinking of Persona 3, where they put guns to the side of their heads and pulled the trigger to unleash their persona's , but they where fake guns called evokers this was done to mitigate the charge of them using  suicide as a game ploy.
