Can you use a racing wheel with it?

 lol I wonder if the argument of "too much brown" will shift to "too much greeen" now. 

 I don't know if a racing wheel would really suit Motorstorm. I'm not very interested in using a wheel myself, but I'm thinking more along the lines of the sensitivity of turning for each type of vehicle in the first Motorstorm and how that would translate into turning a wheel. 

Perhaps this will match the target renders from 2005 E3? I hope so.

You could use improved sixaxis controls for free, therefore its almost the same thing!
