Forums - Nintendo - Switch: Isolated Cases Or Reasons For Concern?

No need for concern, this kind of stuff happens on every console on launch. You guys have a short memory.

Yeah. You can check my alt's will (attaboy) for a reminder of the rampant defects of another console launch. Turned out to be nothing.

Isolated cases or not I'm definitely giving it a month or two before buying, that's for sure. Buying any console at launch is a risky move imo.

A month or two won't solve any possible hardware issues, only software.

Depends on the issues though. Issues related to sloppy/rushed production (Bent docks are a good example to this) could certainly be fixed or less likely to happen once the initial rush to get the system out the door has passed. I think two months should be enough, so I'm waiting. In any case it's expensive as hell where I live, so I'm having to wait anyways lol.

People seem to have selective or short memories.

Anway we have a thread for this already: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=226557
