Amazon logistics, they are amazon's offcial carriers and according to them my switch and zelda was delivered 2 hours ago. A lie of course, the representative told me that I should wait because sometimes they mark the items as delivered before the delivery. Sounds like bullshit, anyway, she told me that I should wait until monday to see if they deliver the package, if not then they will send me another switch or a refund.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

Lesson? Go get it from the store next time. I preordered and picked mine up at midnight. I was playing Zelda by 1am. I'm not trying to be a jerk I just hate seeing this shit happen and feel like if people would stop relying on online shipping they'd have alot less trouble. Don't do this next time!

The problem is that online shipping has a much wider selection, and is often cheaper than buying things at a store.

Is this a joke thread?

Amazon logistics isn't the "official carrier" for Amazon btw. It's just a bunch of outsourced delivery goons with a bunch of parcels in a car or can.

I just walked into a nearby Wal-Mart and they had 3 on the shelf. I was only allowed to buy one. Gonna sell it on eBay.

I guess there are perks to living in a small city.

Not always possible.  I would have much rather picked mine up in a store, but I couldn't couldn't get to a store the day preorders went up.  Couldn't even order it and do in store shipping.

How? My preorder was $299.99. Unless someplace sold it under MSRP, I don't see how it would be cheaper.

I'm talking about in general, and once people are more comfortable with online shopping, they generally tend to start buying items on Amazon and the like even if the price is the same because that's what they're used to doing now.

I would be furious.

exactly

I got my switch. For serious. But it sits there unopened. I'm undecided whether or not I'm going to return it.
