I recall playing Resident Evil Revelations on my 3ds under my covers. Holy shit what an experience! Felt so claustrophobic and tense and would love to do the same for Breath of the Wild!

Would also like to be able to do something like this:

RE Revelations is a great game btw! Get your hands on it if you haven't already.

Ah playing games under the covers I see, no wonder you are in a single bed :D

Joking aside, I just cant be comfortable reading/playing video games in bed, I always get a bad neck, arms.... :(

But how do you escape the condensation of doom. Playing under the covers and then your breath starts condensing on the screen and then your face and then you realise what a terrible idea it is.

OMG bane of my childhood right there, trying to play DS under the blanket when I'm supposed to be sleeping only for my breath to fuck up the screen... Solution, stop breathing

I must admit this is really appealing, and part of the reason why Im not that much against the idea of a hybrid.

I'm always play any handheld consoles in my bed, especially gaming laptop.

Lol I bought a tablet holder to do this but it isnt up high enough to be above my face, stupid tiny desk next to my bed -_-

So that's what it's called? Gonna look into that once I get myself a Switch.

I would do it under a thin, breathable cover. I'd also make sure to breathe out my nose.

Playing in bed is all about setting up the right amount of pillows for good neck and back support.

Having options is a nice thing to have: you can play the Switch like a console or like a handheld. Your choice!

I'm sorry N3DS, but.. there is someone else. We've met recently, and she and me.. well.. we fell in love. But don't get me wrong, we can stay in touch. And.. if you in for a threesome... you're welcome.

As a student living in a small room I usually use the bed when relaxing, so playing the switch on the big screen will probably become quite a rarity for me.

This is the real reason why I like handhelds, people thinks portability is only useful to play out of a house, something i don't really understand, a console is plugged to one TV, but a house has many rooms and you can hardly play a console when you are laid.

This.

And I even have my TV mouted on a sort of bridge over my bed, so I potentially would have playing while laying in bed easier than most. It....doesn't really work that well though...

exactly! plenty of places in the house, even outside in my backyard where i'll enjoy the portable use. one of the things that really bothered me with my wii-u, couldn't really be free.

Yees, sometimes I'll be playing my Switch like this as well when I wanna be up close and personal...
