Thats why I haven't bought a console at launch since gen6. Let the early adopters discover and get frustrated by all the bugs. I will swoop in and get a discount bundle console a few months down the road. :)
Well, the first batch of new consoles always come full of issues, in varying degrees. That's why I always say that we should wait, at least, 6 months before getting a new console. Let the early adopter do the beta testing.

The quality seal of Nintendo is abouty to bright more than ever in just few days with BoTW and it remains to be seen if this will still be an issue on release, so don't go that fast making baseless statements.

If he's saying it literally, then he's not wrong. The current official nintendo seal has nothing to do with quality assurance. It's more abt compatibility
