I kind of agree although i don't think they were bad because they were multi-platform. it was due to crash leaving Sony/Naughty Dog and being passed around to different developers that didn't care for the franchise. sure vicarious visions can do a simple remaster. but can they make a new crash game that's actually really good?

I dont think they care about that tbh. I just dont think it will do very well on other platforms. Crash Bandicoot has a great history on the PS1. Why would core MS or Nintendo fans care about Crash all of a sudden? They didnt 20 years ago, why would they buy them now? If I hadnt played Crash Bandicoot back in the day, I probably wouldnt give a shit about the remake. I never played Spyro The Dragon back in the day and I wouldnt buy a remaster of those.

While I've heard Crash games after the 1st 3 and CTR have been mixes, making the trilogy remake multiplat isn't suddenly going to make the game bad. It's basically the same games from back then, which were already held as great games.
