In exchange for my PS3 40GB with one game: Uncharted.

The games on the XBox 360 would include: Mass Effect, Devil May Cry 4, The Orange Box, Call of Duty 4, Assassins Creed, Halo 3 and Gears of War. 360 is excellent condition and under three year warranty.

Who would be getting the better deal here?

Well I did something similar once years ago I traded in a 4 month old PSX with 12 games in exchange for a N64 with Super Mario 64 at the video game shop. Man it was a terrible decision. I wonder if anyone has made a huge sacrifice like this before and regretted it.

Just a possible example of a swap that would be done at a Video game store or on the street.

I would not, swapping a 360 with 15 games for a ps3 with one game seems silly to me, the person trading the ps3 would get a better deal by far.

Are you seriously asking that question? Would i trade in $1850 worth of merchandise to get $479 worth of merchandise?

Wow, who would actually do such a thing? Both consoles are fantastic and trading one with 15 games for the other with only 1 game would be simply idiotic.
