Oh boy... well, looking at DF it doesn't look, good, but to me it did look like its was usually on that 40fps mark. 40 is still better than 20 on hectic fights, so i definitly am fine with that.
But for a dubbed 60 FPS patch to offer 40FPS is not cool at all.
