During a recent video, Aonuma joked a bit about the idea when it's brought up, but I have to wonder if it might be worth further thought.
Super Paper Mario has been done for a while, and playing with a new franchise might be a way to deal with the sequel issues that the franchise has had recently. Plus I was surprised to see how much fanart of a Paper Zelda there was out there.
It was more than I was expecting anyway.
So would that mean Paper Zelda is buyable? What would a game with the Zelda roster of characters and the writing of Paper Mario be like? At the very least I suspect it would alleviate concerns about Toad overpopulation.
The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?
