Up till now, the only first party Switch game that is confirmed to be released during Q4 2017 is Super Mario Odyssey. But maybe Nintendo still has another unannounced game that will be released by the end of the year.

So I have two questions for you:

Probably, but I didn't mention it because it might still release in Q3, or be delayed to 2018.
Xenoblade isn't that popular anyway, so the Switch could still use some more support during the holidays.

I forget about SSB, I'll add it to the poll. Since it's a very popular series and gets an enrty on every console, it's indeed very likely that SSB4 deluxe or SSB5 will be released on the Switch.

I think SMO + Pokémon will cover the holyday season/fall, maybe with some other minor title (Pikmin maybe ?)

The think I can't really place in the Switch lineup is Animal Crossing: we know the Mobile game is beeing worked on and it's planned to connect with a mainline AC game but we don't have any AC announced for the Switch and making it compatible with New Leaf would be dumb, perhaps as soon as they have the next Nintendo Direct they'll announce the new AC and it'll come out shortly after like in June/July
