What do you guys think? Should I give this another week before starting or go as is? We have 16 participants officially in, 3 interested, and I might enter if we don't have enough people.

I would enter, but I don't need one more reason in life to feel inadequate.

20 would be the perfect amount. 

Stage 1: 5 Rounds of 4 + extra round with 3rd places (2 from each round advance = 12 remain)

Stage 2: 3 Rounds of 4 (2 advance = 6 remain)

Semi-Finals: 3 Rounds of 2 (1 advances = 3 remain)

Final: 1 Round of 3
