But, since you are so deeply curious, I like his extensive knowledge on the members here, which is valuable to have since many come into the position without knowing much about anyone -making consistent moderation a challenge

I was wondering the same thing. I get the impression that Rol is so popular because he says things a lot of people here want to say but can't because they know they will be moderated.

Anyway, don't know the new mods, but as long as axum, CGi, and Miguel are here, I'm sure things will be fine.

It was just a question about what you had shared. And yeah, a mod telling you that "it's in your best interest to back off" is pretty much a threat. My comment didn't deserve such a reply.

And since you mention off-topic discussion, why are people talking about "why Rol didn't get the job" instead of talking about the new mods, which is the topic of the thread? I mean, if you want to say I'm being off topic for asking you this, and since you're a mod, why don't you tell the others to remain on topic as well?
