I find PS4 and PC to be the best combo.

I cannot run any of my Windows applications or the majority of ny PC games on it. So I really wonder how you could see it as the best of both :)
You may find it the best console depending on your taste tho

PC is better: I can use whatever controller I want, for starters. Free online. Ability to install mods.

Nope. PS4 (and I do own one) represents all that is WRONG with console gaming. The damn thing might as well BE a little PC it's so similar. Who ever decided that console gaming and mandatory installs should get married should be beaten within inches of their life. It's just ridiculous.
If i'd had to chose between PS4 and PC, i'd say ps4.

Nope. Sony, microsoft, pc, and nintendo all have pros and cons. You can definitely get more out of sony/nintendo+pc than Microsoft+pc though.
No. PC still way ahead when it comes to features, functionality and catalogue and many PCs also are more powerful than any PS4 model.
