I just came from the future in my Time Machine of 2015. Nintendo Wii has sold over 400 million consoles. The Playstation 3 died at the end of 2008, with only 5 million consoles sold. The Xbox 360 died at the end of 2009, with only 15 million consoles sold. Sony, and Microsoft, developed games on the Wii until the Wii was replaced by a superior console, "Nintendo Revolution." Microsoft helped Nintendo in the development of the console's hardware.

The Nintendo Revolution has sold 943,459,594 consoles so far. A picture of Mario is hidden in every single coin, and paper bill, in every single country. A country in Africa has been renamed Nintenland. The size of the country is growing at a rapid pace, and is expected to take over the world by 2037. After a major boom in the industry, after the fall of Sony, and Microsoft, plumbers have become almost instant billionairs. By 2014, all third party developers have been banned. Some franchises, such as Sonic, Banjo, Snake, Crash, Ratchet, Jak, Kratos, Master Cheif, and a few others, have been sold to Nintendo. However, all of these franchises have never had the fame on the Revolution, as they have on the Sony consoles, Sega consoles, or Microsoft consoles. Nintendo specifically made sure that the franchises would not rise to fame, for they have stated that the franchises have been merely contaminated by the fact that they existed on other consoles. None of the franchises have appeared in their own games. For example, Sonic and Crash can be seen in "Super Mario Universe," sweeping the floor in the fourth floor of a hotel, on the patio, in the background, while Master Cheif massages Mario's feet, and Kratos serves Mario whiskey, while Mario is relaxing on the beach.
Such things have caused conflict on Sony, Microsoft, and Sega, with Nintendo. This was partly the reason why all third party developers were stripped of the Revolution before 2014. When Sony, Sega, Microsoft, and all of the other third party developers, sold their characters to Nintendo, their fame had been brutally assauled so severely, that all of their franchises combined, were only worth a sum of $956. They were all forced to sell off their franchises. Nintendo didn't have to pay them at all, but they did, only so that they would not look like theives.
Sony no longer exists. Although Blu-Ray defeated HD-DVD, Nintendo came out with the Blak-Ray, some years later. Blu-Ray didn't stand a chance. Microsoft is the only company alive, out of all of the other video game companies, besides Nintendo. Although they are no longer in the video game business, they are still living strong in the computer industry. Macintosh joined Microsoft to in 2020 to form "Microtosh." Since then, Bill Gates has become a trillionair. Microtosh has made one attempt to go back into the video game industry, which proved disastrous. Bill Gates, and many others, lost billions of dollars in doing so. No other attempt was ever made.
Nintendo is the most valuable company... Ever... Surpassing Microsoft by 2012, and by 2024, are estimated to be 1,590 times more valuable.
A new Nintendo console is being planned to release in 2025. This makes the Nintendo Revolution the longest living console in gaming history, surpassing the Atari 2600 by 1 year. The Revolution came in the year 2010, and is expected to last until the year 2025, where it will immediately be replaced by the "Nintendo X."
Thought I would let everyone know about the future of the video game industry. Anyways, I'm going back to my time machine, and I'm going to go to the year 2050, to see what's happening with the video game industry.
I'll be back soon to tell you all about it!
