nope, you can tease an announcement, a trailer, a news etc etc etc.
Teasing =/= than reveal. You are mixing things up.
Rabbids games pretty much always featured plungers, no connection to Mario here. Could hint at a new Rabbids game.

The more convincing tease is the Mario Rabbids from a while back
