The thing is - older generations seems not to get what motivates and drives millenials in the workplace. And since the Gen Y's bad education is Gen X's fault, I believe it's theier responsability to figure out what changes need to be made in the workplace order to make it a better envoroment, instead of complaining that this generation is improductive.

I don't have the data, but most of the start ups and tech companies are being founded by Millenials working alone or in pairs. And that's not because they are improductive - it's because they are sick of working by the rules of the older generations and choose to be entrepreneurs themselves.

In 2050 their will be teens who are depressed going to bed and listen to some old folks songs like Justin bieber and they tear up and wish they lived in the 00's and they will tell us over and over again how lucky we were to grown up in the 00's....
