What do you mean by "will" pre-order it? Are there any places taking pre-orders still or is this just that you will eventually order it and wait for them to let you know its avail? (not 1st day)

No. Waiting for Mario and more info about the online services.

It's stupid and inexcusable to withhold how much Switch owners need to pay to play online. Any fee will be hard to swallow giving that I play online for free elsewhere, but hiding the cost of the service and expecting me to pre-order is just dumb. Even "hidden costs" aren't that hidden.

Not yet, here in Italy since Nintendo isn't HUGE I don't have to rush placing my preorder, I have enough time to see if any retailer has some good deals (say Switch+ Zelda saving 30€ which would make me pay as much as everyone else...)
