Forums - Nintendo - What Franchise / series / Branch from the N64 would you like to see a sequel to?

Well it seems that with Mario Odyssey we're finally getting what resembles a real "Mario 128" so I can die a happy man.

Besides that, this is really "name your Rare game - the thread". I'll vote for Blast Corps.

Could also mention Shadows of the Empire, which is why I was excited for Star Wars 1313, but then EA happened. The company adament to destroy anything and everything I ever loved or still wanted. I'm pretty sure they're bidding on Nintendo just to kill off Zelda right now.

A decent Perfect Dark sequel or decent Turok  sequel. Oh and a decent Shadow man sequel

Perfect Dark
Conker's Bad Fur Day
Diddy Kong Racing

GoldeEye64 sequel

Why should Nintendo have entered a bidding war with Activision and Microsoft for a studio on its way out? Maybe to secure the intellectual property, but were Banjo, Conker, and Perfect Dark worth $375 million?

You are forgetting Killer Instinct and Battletoads. They also did Kameo and Viva Pinata which were solid titles.

If Sea of Thieves tanks, I can see Microsoft shutting the studio down anyway.

Don't even go there

I had way too much fun playing that game.

Seriously???

I guess it was okay for what it was, the graphics were very decent but I couldn't get on board with everything else.

Seriously. I was and am a HUGE FF fan and opted for the N64 over the PS1; when FF went to Sony, I was starved for RPGs.

Quest was by no means amazing, but it was very much an SNES RPG on N64.
