The fact remains.  Playstation (mainly ps4) DOMIMATES the digital console sales in Japan,  especially % Wise to the install base. 

 There are two main reasons:
 
1. PS4 has better internal storage.

2. PS4 average player is older and more likely to buy a game digital then a parent, child or teenager.

^This is what you said.   I see now why CGI-Quality is asking you and T-Bone to move on.  I will be doing the same.

Nintendo fans do and Vita fans do also.  But Playstation fans on ps4 have much better storage and an older playerbase.  Hence why they dominate th digital charts.

I think it's fiscal year, i.e. April-April.

Yep.  It means ps4 was the top selling home console sku in Japan for the first time since ps2 in 2004

Cause im not sure if MC of Famitsu shared about the top selling games in 2016 and the total hardware, and if someone made a thread on it.

Not according to VGC. PS3 was top in 2011 & 2012 while PS4 was top in 2014 & 2015.

Sorry I said that wrong.  I mean the first time a home console was the top selling console sku in Japan. So this includes handhelds.

Does not compute.  Jrnation just showed the 3DS+2DS having beaten the PS4 in Japan.

And you san't say single SKU because that doesn't break it down between PS4, PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro.

The ps4 standard not including the Pro outsold the 3DS last year. First time since ps2 in 2004.
