Where are all the fans that really love this game???

I haven't finished the game yet but I'm seriously enjoying the hell out of this game and I'm looking forward to all the additional story DLC.  I love the cast and chemistry these group of friends got going on.

I know some have mixed feelings about the game whether its the style/short story/feels incomplete etc. but are there any that just really love this game like I do?  Makes me really wonder how different (better?) this game could've been if they kept Tetsuya Nomura on it.

Speaking of which, I've been told that the story feels incomplete so I'd really like to see a FFXV-2.  Could this be the one (or few FF) game that actually deserve a sequel?  (As long as they don't hold back other mainline FF games).

Is this my #1 FF game?  I still think FF9 holds that spot, but I can definitely say it's in my top 5.  I haven't enjoyed a mainline FF game since FFX.

So to those that really enjoys this game show some love!

PS. Noctis is now my fav FF character.

The 'incomplete' aspect is not that the story wasn't finished, but that it was rushed.

Major characters and plot points were just essentially dropped for all purposes. A sequel would not help this at all because these are things that need to be done before the game ends.

Ugh. The game didn't let me play past the 8 hour mark. It just keeps casting Sleep on me.

I most certainly did enjoyed it, tho I wouldn't say I loved it.

The pacing was way off, at least for me. I did ended up loving the one aspect I hated the most about the game: characters and world design and ended up feeling unimpressed with the story and gameplay, not to say I hated them but I do feel there was a lot of wasted potential.

It wouldn't make my list of best FF because it did feel incomplete, tho its still far from the worst ones for me.

I loved it! But it's definitely incomplete and some gameplay parts are really weird. Luna was also definitely mishandled XD

I think it's a genuinely great game. It has its issues, but nothing that really stopped me from liking it.

Haven't even played it and I already enjoy it. I just can't wait for the day I do play it.

I really enjoyed it, but it has serious flaws to it.

Enjoyed it? Yes, it was a lot of fun. The world was fascinating to explore, the sheer amount of side content was fantastic, the battle system was a lot of fun and did a good job of making you feel epic and the story had a lot of potential. It made me want to keep going which I haven't had from a Final Fantasy games for nearly 15 years.

Loved it? No, there were too many flaws. The story had plot holes and showed the signs of having been chopped and changed from the original concept. The implementation of magic and summons felt tacked on. The side quests whilst plentiful were incredibly repetitive and showed little thought. The battle system whilst fun and flashy lacked substance. They built a massive open world but then had to linearise a bulk of the content on one of the two continents to meet its release date.

It feels rushed even though it's been in development for over a decade. I'm also mildly annoyed that they decided to do away with the original start of the game in favor of a prequel film, segmenting the story further. It just screams "cash-in".

I have hopes for DLC to truly expand on the game. It's still my favorite Final Fantasy of the modern era.

Got bored with it, the overpowering magic pissed me off after a while. The amount of times i could make a seriously potent grenade and kill anything was far too common. And overall the combat was boring and repetitive.
