A famous rap group when I was a kid were the "Niggers With Attitude" and no question a slur against black people. They were pretty big too if memory serves.

Niggaz With Attitude. And there were questions about their choice of band title.

They were the most divisive group in the 80's.

Long live the PC culture that complains about those things, I am sure there is also a band with the word bitch in ut somewhere. You also have a band called white trash and I wouldn't be surprised if you have a band called the hillbilillies somewhere.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

You know they were a rip off of Niggaz With Hats, right?

It's not the word itself sometimes that's offensive. It's your intention when you use it.

For example, comparing blacks  "huge flat noses" to a dino feet. I didn't know most dinos were that small.

It's like me seeing your mom and say she has a huge Buddha belly like she swallowed a grenade.

People don't like certain words because they're associated with a dark past.

Basically if you are insulting using racial slurs then you might as well being telling your momma jokes because that is about where your mentality is.

Not really. Your momma joke is a playful act, insulting with racial slur on the other hand...

I always follow by the rule, 'Offense is taken, not given'.

I'm pretty sure it was "Niggaz wit Attitude." Doesn't really matter I suppose, but niggas sounds less...racy? Pretty sure they were very polarizing back in the day.

I didn't know it was spelled differently, I don't think a black person would react much differently if I referred to them by either.

Growing up in the country there were "Honkey Tonks" where country music be played.  I admit "honkey" isn't nearly as incendiary, but it was used by the people it was attributed to (whites).

I genuinely cannot tell if you're being serious or not. That's like N-word 101. Nigga is used mostly with friends or jokingly (at least now it is), nigger is "meant" to be incendiary. I wasn't born in the US so it took me a while to understand that.

Honkey doesn't have as much history as the N-Word, but I would be bothered if somebody called me wetback or beaner or spick, even though I'm none of those nationalities.
