What sort of games do you like?

I don't think I actually like games anymore, I just sorta seem to buy them but not actually play them much, My backlog is huge form TPHD to UC4. Recently Been enjoying BF1 though thanks to atleast a differant setting. GTA6 would maybe hold my attention though

Then why are you buying a Switch? And the game you are currently enjoying is NOT going to be on the Switch but IS on the consoles you are 'done with'. Sorry, it makes no sense.

I have children. My wife likes pokemon, Mario Kart, DKTF etc. Me wife and kids can game on switch that is all.  Im keeping my ps4 cos I just bought VR and for the next GTA. What I mean by done with us I ain't buying games for the sake of it no more and I'm not upgrading to ps pro. Xbox one has gone already and I won't be buying skorpio. 

Habit maybe. Some games like MGS5 I will see for like 20 euros on sale and be like wow that's so cheap I'll buy that but then never play it. Just think I prefer gimmicky gaming now eg I loved until dawn rush of blood on VR. 6-7 hours of fun, just pure fun. No huge  boring treks across a desert to find a NPC or something know what I mean? Other games like UC4 I got for xmas.

But there are lots of games your kids can play on the PS4 too. Don't they like things like Minecraft, LBP, Tearaway or RAC? I'm confused here on lots of levels now.

at last with the switch you never have to worry about running out of space and we are all sure its OS is lightning fast.

Good decision. Less games, but more fun as you could play them everywhere when you're in the right mood.

Had never a problem with the "small" Wii and (even "smaller") Wii U library. I had the chance to play the great stuff what was available and never had the feeling to compromise because I would miss something else.

It even was the Wii motion controls which got me playing again after loosing total interest.

Everything what makes you happy (as long it doesn't compromise others) is the right thing to do. Just being in the horde isn't any value for its own...
