Good decision. Less games, but more fun as you could play them everywhere when you're in the right mood.
Had never a problem with the "small" Wii and (even "smaller") Wii U library. I had the chance to play the great stuff what was available and never had the feeling to compromise because I would miss something else.
It even was the Wii motion controls which got me playing again after loosing total interest.
Everything what makes you happy (as long it doesn't compromise others) is the right thing to do. Just being in the horde isn't any value for its own...
