It s great technology but ultimately it s just going to be something useless that we made the system expensive for nothing.
Like the joycons

that's what bothers me- the reality is the vast majority of people using the Switch just want to play Zelda on the go or at home with a regular controller. Same with Mario, Pokemon, etc.

yet they force this dumb gimmicky Joycon controller. I mean thank god its optional and not like the Wii mote in terms of being forced for a lot of games, but still, if potentially they could have just left the Joycon part very simple without all the dumb tiny gizmos built inside, and kept the price point at like 250$ that would have been so much smarter.

Don't know who Nintendo thinks their market is. Sure some people like me who are die hard for Zelda might preorder or buy the system, but this is not the right strategy to attract the casuals and dominate. Regardless of if the system does well or not they've made some rash errors. Still time to adjust IMO though

From what im hearing in previews its not very impressive.

Pro Controller 70$
Joycon 50$
Joycons 80$

Thank you HD rumble!

Along with NFC writer/reader (it's in the pro), motion controls, and the pro controller states it has more inside. Still pretty expensive.

I really want this thing in my hand to know what it does/feel though ...

That's what she said.

Just wait till the porno games come out for this!

It's hard to know without even trying, but I'm kind of curious to try it.I'm all about "gimmicks", which seems to be a recurrent world in gaming world for anything new.
