The inclusion of Dry Bones is another reason for me. He was my main in DS and Wii.

This and Splatoon 2 have me very excited. The lack of Smash Bros though was really surprising to me. Its a perfect fit with the Joycon.

He was once my main aswell, but eh characters are just aesthetics, so not a significant reason for me to buy the same game again. Actual new gameplay via battle mode and double items are nice, but just not enough to justify laying down another $60, atleast for me. Will wait for the inevitable Mario Kart 9.
