Seriously... if the damn NES classic comes in stock, I'm definitely buying one of these. I loved my NES Advantage.

Are there many games on the NES mini that really would benefit from the Advantage though?

I used mine for just about every game. Not that I had the turbo setting on for them all, hardly. But plenty of games benefited from the joystick or the larger/layout of the a/b buttons as well.

If you are used to playing with it, then fair enough. You could also use it on the VC on Wii and WiiU, so thats good.

Those have been recalled a month ago. We (bestbuy) had to pull them, there's was an issue with that causing the nes to freeze. I believe there's been a firmware update to prevent that controller from being used at all. as far as with the wii and wii-u, it might still work.

I remember when I was a kid, we moved into a house the previous owners had left an NES Advantage in the basement. I wanted that NES Max thing more though.

Amazon as a "version 2" out. Maybe that is the fixed version. It has 5 reviews, all positive.
