It wouldn't be good to have a moderator who gets off on getting one up on other users, nor would it good to have a moderator that wants it so badly they act like a moderator already. Legitimately psychoanalyzing users on the site.

Not being afraid of conflicts and proving that you have a better grasp of a situation than most others are positive traits for a mod.

The fact that you don't deny it but instead try to spin it in a positive light speaks volumes.

I don't get what your problem is. Or Barkley's.

I could easily see an issue when someone tends to prove he's more intelligent, but in fact is most of the time wrong in his assessments. If that held true about me, Barkley would have already said it, because that's too good of a point to leave off a list of reasons for why someone shouldn't be a mod.

I don't have a problem, I'm just pointing out that instead of denying, you spin.

Nah. I applied once, a long time ago. But I'm not cut out to be a mod, and neither I think I'd enjoy the position.

You know I feel like the Nintendo Switch is heavily underrepresented on the mod team here. I believe I would make a great choice as a mod as I would fill that void on the team and as you can see I've never been moderated once.
