100% safe?

Switch sold 0 units last year, PSVR something around 1m. Is there really a question?

How many PSVRs sold in 2015?

Again it was impossible to sell more. The 1080p full RGB 120hz Oled panels arnt that easy to make. This will definitly change in the future.

Also there are tons of great games already confirmed. Those games alone, hell even the games that are currently available already justify the price.

Yes, in the future it will be easier for Sony to produce enough PS VR units to satisfy demand, because demand will fizzle out.

I was wondering whose alt account you are. Gave up German vibes, so no surprise that research turned up that you belong to the long line of JNK alts, also known for your time as gamemaster. Explains the crazy Switch vs. PS VR prediction.

JNK/gamemaster a notable user?

I think he's pretty infamous. He seems to like the PSVR a lot. Maybe too much.

Notable for his insane amount of alt accounts and wild spamming sprees. Forgettable when it concerns substance in discussions.

Yeah, the logic Mystat was working with was not very sound if in fact he was being serious.

Well that was... absolutely nothing! OP may aswell have been completely blank, woulda saved the thread creator time while still getting across the same message.

Course this thread still manages 100+ replys anyway. :L

We'll see about that. This guy says anything Nvidia makes will blow you away of course. This kind of scares me actually. Just 3 more days, lord please!

The NX/Switch has been a discussion machine since day 1. It's quite a sight to behold.

I guess. I'm still hyped for Thursday's event (there's another presentation focused on games the following morning?!). They'll definitely blow me away if they show some nice games. Hardware stuff doesn't impress me much, I just demand a controller, disc/cartridge reader, and a way to plug in to a TV.

The only evolution this pic shows is SDTV -> HDTV-> 4KTV

Otherwise there is no dicernible pattern whatsoever. Not the years, the consoles, their sales, nor their importance reflect any relation. Unless Nintendo still believes the Wii had the same impact in the industry as the NES.

A report from December claimed the Switch would boast 1 teraflop of performance, meaning it's reportedly less powerful than the PS4 and Xbox One. Sources said the Switch will use Nvidia's Maxwell graphics

I am confused.  Everybody on this site keeps saying that the Switch will have a sub-400 Gflop graphics processing capabilities and yet this is the second time as many days that I have seen reports saying that the Switch will have 1 Tflop performance.  What am I missing here?

A 1 Tflop performance would be amazing for the Switch.  It would basically put the Switch on par with the XBox One and would likely guarantee 3rd party support.  Clearly this is too good to be true...
