My GOTY 2004

The GC is probably my favorite home console out there and it has my favorite game of all time on it. My top games on the system are:
1. Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
2. Super Smash Bros. Melee
3. Super Mario Sunshine
4. Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
5. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Other games I loved were: Mario Superstar Baseball, Lego Star Wars I and II, Pokemon Colloseum, Kirby Air Ride, Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix, Simpsons Hit and Run, Tales of Symphonia, and Mario Party 4-7
Metroid Prime, Paper Mario TTYD, Wind Waker, Resident Evil 4, Melee, Tales of Symphonia, Eternal Darkness and F-Zero GX. My favorite GC related moment was my the reaction I had to getting 1 star point after the Bonetail battle in Paper mario TTYD. For real, just 1 SP?!

While the PS1 was a huge part of my childhood the Gamecube was my first "official" consoles as a gamer, and it all started with metroid prime. I had no idea what this game or franchise was about but the first time I played it I was amazed, that first playthrough will always be my favorite moment of my gaming life. I think I have replayed the 3 prime games at least 10 times, and is probably the only game that I could play over and over again without getting bored.
Asidd from Metroid Prime, Mario Sunshine, Paper Mario TTYD, Kirby Air Ride, Def Jam FFNY, Battle Stadium D.O.N. Resident Evil 0, Spider-Man 2 are some of my favorite games not only for the console but of all time as well.

Wind Waker
All the Mario Party games
Mario Sunshine
Tales of Symphonia (probably my favorite gamecube game)
Pokemon Colosseum
Melee
Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes
Baten Kaitos Origins
Sonic Adventure 1 and 2
Kirby Air Ride
Double Dash
Rayman Arena (it kind of sucks but it was fun back in the day)
SoulCalibur II
Paper Mario TTYD
I was really a gamecube kid so this console has a special place among the Nintendo consoles.
The PS1 was my first console but the GC was the console I spent the most time in my childhood with. I spent countless hours on SSBM, Luigi's Mansion, Super Mario Sunshine, Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, MK: Double Dash, and Animal Crossing.
Now that I'm older I can also appreciate some other games on the system that I missed out on as a kid such as REmake, Pikmin, Viewtiful Joe and so on. Also I still have to check out games like Paper Mario TTYD, Killer 7 and RE4.
The GC was nothing short of an amazing console and I'm still coming back to it 14 years later.
The first console I bought, I remember getting Dave Mirra BMX Freestyle 2 bundled in and enjoyed it a little bit.
The king of local multiplayer to be honest, only Wii can hold itself against it.
Mario Kart Double Dash!! Is still my favorite MK game, the co-op feature was incredible, and so much fun when playing with friends!
Of course Melee is timeless and shall never be forgotten.
Sonic Riders is still one of my Gen 6 favorites. The gameplay clicked for me right away, such a fun time with it.
Tales Of Symphonia was quite nice as well.
Megaman X Command Mission is quite possibly my favorite Mega man game ever, I'd love to have another one in the series. AXL and Marino for the win.
F-Zero GX is still my favorite racing game. Its SO GOOD! The GP is fun as heck, 30 racers is just wonderful. Although that story mode is a huge challenge.
Baten Kaitos Eternal Wings and the lost Ocean is such a beautiful game. The soundtrack is probably one of Sakuraba's best, and Kalas remains as one of my favorite male leads in a JRPG.
Soul Calibur II was also very fun to play, I kicked butt with Ivy, Taki, and Voldo.
There's a whole other bunch of games I enjoyed, Marvel Nemesis, X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse (AWESOME RPG), Wave Race Blue Storm, Mario Party 7, Sonic Heroes... Just a lot of awesome games.
The Wind Waker, no contest
I do have fond memories with Melee, Double Dash and Pikmin
and I still play Tales of Symphonia to this day
