Super Mario Run has earned $30m in two weeks, 3.4% bought the full game

Super Mario Run had grossed $30m in revenue since its 15th December worldwide launch, according to game analyst firm Newzoo

Evidently, it was downloaded 90m times, though only 3m of those purchased the full game at $9.99.

That's why mobile is not something you go full force into. Smart of Nintendo to just use it to promote their systems.



Wow, that is the total revenue of the game, or Nintendo's profits? Because I'm sure Apple is keeping a decent chunk of the money. This looks like a dissapointing result, I don't see this game having legs (yes, Nintendo games have legs on Nintendo consoles, but mobile is way more unstable). At least it was profitable.

Yeah I wouldnt be surprised if only half of that is actual profit for nintendo.

The good news is it cant have taken much money to develope.

I paid for all my apps so far, so it must be true. I'm still on the fence though if I should buy it. I mean it will only increase the chance of your prediction coming true and I really don't want that to happen.
