surprisingly warm

Typically, it's supposed to be below freezing in Minnesota. We're currently having temperatures as high as 40.

Is ok now but it has been raining lot on the last week, it didn't stopped for like 3-4 days and I live on a pretty dry zone of Spain, some friends had their houses inunded, this happens very rarely.

Baja California (the one below the Golden State). Cloudy, 14ºC, humidity at 80%. Forecast also says there's going to be a heavy thunderstorm this night, probably the first one there could be in my city in Christmas Eve in years.

I also remember it used to be way colder a decade ago during this time.
