You can't beat Uncharted 4, Ratchet & Clank, Odin Sphere and The Last Guardian. Add Gravity Rush Remastered and Alienation to that as well. So much variety too.

If you walk into any used games store...most guys behind the counter wont even recommend the Xbox1. If you ask then what to get...they say..well if you want to play most of the hot new games that are gonna be released this year and next..you need to get a PS4...if you just want halo and gears of war just get an xbox1.

I'm not really msising out on much if I have no interest in the first place. Also why is it a thing to heavily demand someone buy something someone else likes?.

the first quarter 2017 is (my opinion) the best first quarter ever. So many great and big games in a short time. Gamer need more lifetime: D

It won't happen XD. I think that if the Switch is easy to develop for, with less development time and costs, it would be great for us. More quality games. Can't care less about power. Even if it will be, factually, a pretty powerful handheld console. I think that we're so focused on specs in modern gaming that sometimes we forget what's important, games. But that's a story for another thread.
OT, it's not that hard to surpass One or WiiU this year tbh. Still, I had fun with PS4 this year. I wasn't blown away by any particular game (except for maybe TLG), but it provided me enough games to keep me busy in this ... not particulary great Ninty year.
Unfortunately this will continue in 2017 and beyond...

If you don't care for Japanese stuff you really arent missing out on much that isn't on Xbox. Nothing like the PS2, it had a first party lineup that blows PS4 away. The PS4 first party stuff has been mostly meh imho.
A pretty weak year for any system when it comes to exclusives, but congrats to Sony.
