Never giving up my hate for the disk install times.

When you install a game, go to options and choose "play offline" and it will install super fast.

Not really an option if you are installing Destiny :/ or any other multiplayer focused title for that matter.

I never understood why people hated consoles. I can understood hating companies like Microsoft for their anti-trust, anti-consumer policies, but Sony and Nintendo are also guilty of it, and people really shouldn't have so much love for companies.

Has to do with feeling the company was using the console to make your preferred system seem crappy, even though you hate the games lineup of the "better system" like I do with PS consoles. Three games I like do not justify buying a system with  games I do hate, because well, the planet's too small for me to share with otome game fans, and the Sony fan following seems positively cramped by comparison.

Unless there's a magical way of sending a very strong message of "do not allow this game into your system" I take it they will keep localizing them. For this reason, I run with the dev who actually has a disclaimer where they read "minimum requirements: if not indie, mass production run" since it keeps those niche devs away...

So I am safe under MS's protection. Nintendo seems ambivalent, which was enough for me to not care and Sony encourages it and then uses double standards, so they are a big no...

And if you think it's confusing, well... I will not be any clearer...

This was me back in 2001-2003. lol

Me too. I bashed the original Xbox so hard that I caused my GF's son to trade it in for a Gameboy Advance. I don't think I've ever gotten over the guilt. She and I aren't together anymore and he's now in his mid twenties but I've bought him an Xbox 360s one year and an Xbox One for Christmas, last year!

And I'm a huge Xbox fan, now.

All of which I think might've been hysterical and unnecessary...

Then again, I destroyed my PSVita recently and then sent an email to IFI and Aksys with an strongly worded letter telling them I'd never buy a game from them unless they obliterated their otoge lineup...

I could never hate a system, I just don't like fans of certain systems that act as I am dumb for preferring another system (and I'm sure it's just as annoying for those who made the opposite choice). I used to own most of the systems each generation, but time and money meant I just went with a ps4 this time around. Still, owning them all is the way to go if you have the means for it.

Can't wait to get an Xbox One and own all three, but the Switch is coming out soon so I'll probably wait on the One until fall next year.

So, you don't like the fact that there are otome games (which from what I researched is just story-based games meant for females) on the PS4? Are you that insecure about women having games to play?

As a fan of another system, I will never do this kind of shit and do not understand people who do. If you don't like the system you're free to bash it, but don't bash people who do like the damned piece of plastic. It's a waste of energy and time and money and other stuff...

Unless they started it and you want to fight back, thus making sense for you to want to slice their heads off...

If so, you're better off waiting until the Scorpio's out...

If that were the case, shouldn't I hate PC gaming? Honestly, it gives me a headache, but for unrelated reasons...

I hate that Sony allows these games into their console and apparently, when someone wants to localize a galge they are blocked for some reason. Games like ReWrite and Grisaia haven't been localized even though devs intended this.

In other words, Sony's enforcing a double standard by allowing otoge and not allowing galge...

Can you link me to articles that are showing this? I have never heard anything about it. Could you also show me instances of Microsoft reacting differently to Sony if you do provide me links?

Don't think you'll regret getting one. Like others said before, the installing/updating times of games can be a bit tedious tho.
