Forums - Nintendo - Is this a Pokemon Sun/Moon translation mistake?

So, I've been driven really annoyed by the Ultra Beast hunt. In particular, I'm stuck trying to find the Celesteeles from Malie park and the desert. I've looked both places extensively, both with and without the repellent trick, and so far I've just caugt two of the four celesteeles. So I decided to watch a couple of Let's Play to see what I was doing wrong. And I found something curious: on the english version of the game, Booker says:

English Version: "UB 04 Codename Blaster. Yes, I can tell you about it! It seams to possess a fearsme energy that will burn through anything at all! Sightings were made in two locations. Haine desert and Malie park. It seems highly likely that the creatures are on the move around Ula Ula island. The sightings indicate two specimens. So the goal of the mission will be to find and protect two individuals, if you can!"

That is not the same thing he said on the spanish version, at the very least it didn't say that in my game. In the spanish version, Booker says:

Translated version: This is the information I've gathered about UB 04 codenamed rocket. It's said that it has a tremendous energy, capable of turning everything into ash. Multiple witnesses say that there are a total of four creatures in this two areas, Haine desert and Malie park. Because of these facts, it's very possible they are still wandering around Ula Ula. Due to this, your mission this time is effectively search both places to keep the four creatures safe.

Do you see the problem? The english version says there are two Celesteeles, while the spanish version says there are four. I've spent more than an hour walking on each places, when the previous sightings were almost inmediate. Is the problem that I've been misguided by the translation? Has someone caugt four celesteeles? Do you get four of a random UB and two of the rest? Please help.

So can we confirm the spanish translation is flat out wrong? I'm having a hard time thinking they could have a slip up as big as this. But Booker really says there are 4 celesteeles. Has any other spanish moon player confirm, to make sure it's not just my game?

Okay, it's not just my copy that says there are four celesteeles. Here's some screenshots of a spanish let's play:

Now, can I get confirmation of any spanish moon player that has caught the celesteeles already? How many of them do appear?

Maybe the translator got confused with the code name having four and pasted it to the sentence that there are four Celesteela. Also, seeing as how all games from every region lets you choose your language, I doubt the Spanish language option or Spanish/Latin local Moon copies gives you 4 instead of two.

I doubt it too. The only reason I can think of for this is that they just assumed that there was the same number of UB2 and UB4. Also weird is the fact that the two celesteeles I caught I did so in the desert, while nothing has appeared on the park. If there are two places, shouldn't there be one in one place and one in another?

I actually found both in the park myself since I had no idea where the desert was at the time. Have no clue what determines how to find them.

Have you been able to find any Celesteeles on the desert, then?
