Because one is data straight from NPD while the other is a conjecture from a gaming journalist.

Yeah, but at a lower price, so that probably means that hardware sales declined less than 35%.

It was new 3ds only for one or two days... Nintendo sadly didn't ship as much as many you may think!

The majority of the sales are from the XL version and 2DS.

3DS is 60% yoy up!

Also, there was no new 3ds last year on holidays, just xl with some 2ds...

Depending on how many N3DSXL were sold last year, it could have generated more revenue last year as that was being sold at $179.

The n3dsxl was same price. It was just a n3ds that was sold at a cheaper price. Also i think the 200k+ more than makes up for revune
