Forums - Nintendo - Zelda BOTW @ The Game Awards 2016 Trailer (Switch | Wii U) *UPDATE! 2nd Trailer!

I have to say, this is the Zelda game I've wanted since Twilight Princess. I am so hyped!

Around the Network

Well. Tbh the gameplay segment was zero exciting outside of the difficulty. Everything else was almost seen before.

The trailer on the other hand. Mhh mm. Perfect. So hyped!

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Music was great ... graphics are .... so so ... maybe the game has been in development for so long that it's starting to look dated, heh.

Low res textures and lots of jaggies everywhere.

Considering the hardware, running a huge world packed with detail, effects, and interactive elements requires some sacrifices.

Were they hinting at the master sword in the end of the second video? I want to think so, but it seems like such an easy obstacle before getting it.

I guess that's Zelda at the end?

I'm just expecting the Switch version to have anti-ailiasing, no pop-in and a stable framerate.

I was more impressed by the stats on that spiked moblin club compared to the beginning weapons we've seen so far.

Don't forget about the location. I thought it looked very, very different from what we've seen: it looks like a tropical jungle, with different trees and plants, colors schemes, enemies (thunder!), and even life (the bird thing npc).

It got me pumped because now I'm 100% sure the game will feature very different areas from each other, and not just on the style of what we've got to see on the Plateau.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Nah, not likely. The glowing thing was a statue of the Goddess as seen here (I wonder what it will do tho, maybe transport us through to the time hyrule wasn't destryoed?):

Now we just need to wait for Gamexplain Analysis on this!

Pocky Lover Boy!

Well, I don't want to be the one bringing that topic again, but it seems that Nintendo is teasing a female Link on purpose. I think it might be just a female character in Link outfit though. XD.
