You've been a part of the Amazon charts for ages now so why have you suddenly decided to change how you look at it? You know full well that any console that leads in the monthlies has in the past decided the winner of the month, and it's been like that from the very start. According to Amazon, the PS4 takes Dec. There's nothing more to it than that. If it's wrong then we'll have to accept something has changed and that Amazon can no longer be a reliable metric, but until then we can only use it as we've always used it.

Please don't add yourself to the pool of those brief visitors who ignorantly post against the grain just for attention.

Would love to know what this means? People should feel free to post anywhere on this website without these kinds of comments. 

And damn you're not allowed to have a differing opinion Jason :/

If the PS4 wins Dec then I'll continue updating but if it loses then I think we can safely say Amazon is of no further use.

I disagree with that last statement. It is perfectly plausible that #99, 78, 74, and 32 combined outsell number 10. Futhermore there are 40 different(literally) options to buy a new Xbox one on amazon and less than 10 options to buy a new PS4. Realistically there are only about 4-6 PS4 bundles that have good value(the others are way overpriced/no game or something). Meanwhile there are more than 20 good options for Xbox one.its clear to me that Xbox hardware sales are divided between many many options, meanwhile PS4 is much more consolidated on amazon.

But again you are entitled to your opinion just as much as I'm entitled to mine.

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)

x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

Abdiel chimed in on GAF and said the PS4 had a slight edge over the XBO leading up to Christmas. Looks like December will be a close race and the last week of this month may make a difference on the final results.

Good news for Asia though because outside Japan Asia is showing big Playstation software and hardware growth. 

You said the PS4 and PS3 software wise are now neck to neck so with digital the PS4 should be way ahead by now. 

Well digital isn't as big in Japan as it is in the west.  So it wouldn't put it way ahead.  Just comfortably.

Thanks for posting. i could see PS4 winning because its cheaper this week and it won Cyber Monday.

Looking at the numbers, they can't be putting out more than 10,000 a week there. They need to take this time and make a nice bundle of it and crank it out. Time to  stop treating it like an NES classic.
