I updated your title, which was click bait and inflammatory.

Also moved it to sales discussion.

You should update this ot too.

Why? its a direct qoute from Jimquisition, along with the name of the video and the topic at hand.

Its not some flamebait title made up by daredevil.shark.

AFAIK swearing isn't allowed in titles?

Damn, that's a massacre, and UK sales trends are mostly quite similar to US, barring FIFA and Racing games.
We should brace for a similar result as far as PS4 vs XB1 sales go here as well.

I probably shouldn't waste time qouting  someone with 0 points but is 92k to 142k really a massacre to you?

this is the UK we sre talking about here.

And idk how you see it, but hsve you looked at how the XB1 has won the months its has won this year in the UK over the PS4?

PS4 wiping all that away in one week of sales is kinda a big deal.

Good numbers for Xbox One.

Not really, apparently it's down 30.91% YoY.

But it's good to be down 30% when your competitor is up. Read more management books man.

I just think its PS4 that took some sales from what could have been XB1 buys.

Sony price matched their PS4 to the XB1's and they won sales on it.

But isnt that what always happens in console sales.... ever?

There is a finite number of people at anytime that will buy into a given type of device. Sales are sales and a win is a win. When MS were doing their Fire sales in the UK the past couple months no one said anything about cheap or price matching.

Then people were say the XB1 is a better value due to 4K Blu-ray and MS momentum bla bla bla.

It's still too early to call. But I did suggest something like this could happen. I said in one month PS4 could negate every win XB1 has had this far.

Well, because of reasons 4K Bluray playback is better than good upraising 4k game. But Sony cheated so this holiday that advantage won't show.

A win of over 50% isn't big now, that's one to remember for NPD

Nope. Unless PS4+Pro sells 3x over X1 models it isn't significant it's actually disapointing (talking about USA and UK only, because for other places 5:1 is the minimum, anything below 10:1 is disapointing), get up to speed.

Look at several posts at the beggining of the thread, no need to say the names and start unecessary flames.

That's the funny thing when nobody dares to quote others directly but passive aggressively shit posts in a thread and the worst is that people actually quote such posts and push the discussion and respective narrative even further.

So not mentioning the posts and users directly is avoided to not "start unnecessary flames" but it's ok to mention it indirectly because this helps the discussion in which way exactly, other than this is the safer route to not get banned?

And people had doubt when I said that Cod≥>>>>>>>BF on sales. Almost twice as much for a "Dead" gamefranchise

Your talking about 1 week (BF no less) in 1 country. It could of been alot cheaper as well. Looking at it WW the gamea could be very close, even with a chance BF1 outsells it.

That is a trend, a gap of 2x in BlFriday while launched 30℅ better than BF

You decide. Or you can call a mod if you preffer.

But when the posting happened on the thread itself there is no need to direct quote everyone when he says that.
