Forums - Nintendo - Xenoblade X port, Beyond Good&Evil for Switch leaks & more

That's a really great lineup, if you haven't played any of the games before. There's a lot of ports there! I'm sure we'll see more games announced before the actual launch. Hoping for more original games, and less ports to be revealed!

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

If I buy the switch or not will be on the quality of the pokémon release, lack of a 3ds verison and much improved online capability and the console being available for 199,- or under.

A good start.

Final Fantasy XII HD is on my wishlist for day 1.

the switch wont be capable on running the remake

Of course it will. The ffXII remaster is still using assets from the ps2 original only the textures are being updated and lighting tweaked. The ps3 could easily run it let alone the switch.

I don't get it. People keep on coming out with these rumors, but not one single new third party game? So Nintendo has a list of games coming out, they even have BG&E for 2018, but not a single other third party game on their list of upcoming games for the first 2 years? Just seems weird to me.

Despite owning the WiiU, I think my Switch wishlist will be like...

High Priority
-3D Mario
-Beyond Good and Evil

Medium Priority
-Mario Rabbids RPG
-Splatoon
-Xenoblade X Port
-Mario Maker Port
-Pokemon Stars
-Pikmin 4

Low Priority
-Smash Port
-Mario Kart 8 Port

Smash + MK8 low cause I got the games and the DLCs intact on WiiU

Splatoon+Xenoblade+MMP I'll gladly take off my WiiU wishlist

Pokemon Stars middle priority cause I'll be getting my copy of Pokemon Sun later today ;)

Pikmin 4 medium too since I havent really played a game in the series

Sir I think you may have forgotten Zelda BOTWW, somewhere on that list ;)

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

2-3 games I will most likely buy. Good start.

Not really much reason to be excited about except mario and zelda it seems for Wii U owners.

Not so much for non-Wii U owners either, if you consider that non-Wii U owners didn't want to buy the console for Splatoon, Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Xenoblade, Mario Maker.... If those games weren't enough to push people to buy the Wii U, it shouldn't be that much different for their ports on another console.

By the time many of those games released, Wii U was beyond saving. A combination of high price, bad marketing & software droughts made Wii U an unappealing product.

The games in your list released 3-6 months from one to the next, Mario Kart 8-May 2014, Smash Bros 4-Nov 2014, Splatoon-May 2015, Mario Maker-Sept 2015, Xenoblade X-Dec 2015. They were too few and far in between & too little, too late.

You are joking, right?

Care to elaborate?

The fact the you say the Wii and Wii U launch games was mych better.I mean, you may have liked them better(the games) but assuming the Mario game is at least excellent, the Switch will be miles better than the Wii U and most likely better than the Wii.If you consider the whole first year, it will certainly be better than both.More titles and also more quality.Thats what I meant

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Certainly won't be buying a switch at launch, no point seeing as I have most of its suspects launch line up on my Wii U. Will get BOTW on Wii U and wait until more original games and a possible price cut before contemplating switch

It`s not even a remake. Just a glorified (HD) port of a PS2 game. The Switch will be able to run PS2 level games... easily!

my bad mistaken it with ff7 :D
