The game sadly didn't live up to the hype of the trailer. (That music tho). But the third game made up for it.

I've always been partial to episode 3s trailer.

Yeah, this right here. Hype went through the roof when this dropped in an already great direct. The stunning first shot amazed me and the mechs blew my mind. One reason it is so memorable to me was the number of times I rewatched it. The trailer still brings a tear to my eye.

Same here. I just finished Xenoblade in Oct 2012 and was wandering if we'd ever see a new one. Imagine my shock when I fired up my WiiU in Jan and seen that in the eshop direct. Tears actually fell. It didn't disappoint either!

silent hill 4: The room... man was I scared already with only the trailer... couldnt wait, even tho it didint live to my expectations, it was still a good game...
And starcraft Ghost... looking at the marines, the zergs, firebats, etc in naturale scale and (for the time) good animation was very nice...

EDIT: I almost forgot... Onimusha 3, back in the PS2 era too, god damn, that animation was so far ahead... best CGI sequences ever...

The first one that comes to me mind is the Dead Space launch trailer. I really loved it and watched it a million times and I got into Sigur Ros around that time.

A recent one I really love, that may not be as memorable later on is the Omen trailer for FFXV.

Two trailers impressed me the most:

FFXII E3 2006 Trailer: The visuals and the clean battle system looked amazing for that time. I know how we discussed in a group if this can be ingame or not.
