silent hill 4: The room... man was I scared already with only the trailer... couldnt wait, even tho it didint live to my expectations, it was still a good game...
And starcraft Ghost... looking at the marines, the zergs, firebats, etc in naturale scale and (for the time) good animation was very nice...
EDIT: I almost forgot... Onimusha 3, back in the PS2 era too, god damn, that animation was so far ahead... best CGI sequences ever...
